For more than 25 years, Mr. Parker has focused his law practice on intellectual property rights, technology licensing, related business transactions and dispute resolution. Irvine, Mr. Parker was the Director of the Student Recommended Faculty Program.

Mrs. Parker works closely with Mr. Parker on all aspects of the IP law practice. She performs trademark and trade name screening searches, prepares trademark research reports, prepares and files state and federal trademark applications, trademark maintenance declarations and renewal applications. Ms. Parker also prepares and files copyright applications and domain name registrations. She peforms IP audit and due diligence research. She prepares budgets for IP protection strategies. In addition, she drafts a variety of transactional documents and trademark pleadings. She also handles correspondence with clients and foreign associates regarding IP registration and enforcement matters. Yes, she does it all and she's really good at it. Clients love her and so does Mr. Parker.
